These Terms & Conditions govern the supply of services by Elderlogic Ltd (Company No. 15995807) (“we”, “us”). They apply unless we agree different terms in writing.
Our services
We design and supply bespoke BMS (building management system) graphics and related front-end engineering for platforms including Trend, Tridium Niagara (IQVISION) and others, typically delivered remotely.
Quotes & orders
Quotes are based on the scope you provide (e.g. number of controllers, pages and pop-ups) and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A binding contract forms when we confirm your order in writing.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate documentation (control strategies, drawings, points and equipment schedules) and timely feedback. Delays or incomplete information may affect timescales and cost.
Fees & payment
Fees are as set out in our quote. Fixed-price items (for example a supplied PC and set-up) are charged as quoted. Payment terms are stated on our invoice; late payment may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Revisions & acceptance
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included; work outside scope may be quoted separately. You review and sign off deliverables before handover.
Intellectual property
On full payment you receive the right to use the delivered graphics for the project they were created for. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, methods and reusable components, and may reference the work (without confidential client detail) in our own portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant work, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Confidentiality
We keep your project information confidential and use it only to deliver your work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
